Introduction

Mortgage Save ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

Data We Collect

Calculation Data

Mortgage amounts, interest rates, and terms you enter for calculations. This data is stored locally on your device.

Saved Scenarios

When you save mortgage scenarios, this data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Rate Alerts

If you set up rate alerts, we store your alert preferences locally and use push notifications to notify you.

Usage Analytics

With your consent, we collect anonymous usage data to improve the app. This is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.

Purchase Information

If you purchase premium features, the transaction is processed by Apple. We only receive confirmation of purchase status.

How We Use Your Data

  • To provide mortgage calculation services
  • To save your scenarios and preferences locally
  • To send rate alert notifications (if enabled)
  • To improve our app through anonymous analytics (with consent)
  • To provide customer support

Data Storage

Your calculation data and saved scenarios are stored locally on your device using secure iOS storage mechanisms. We do not store your mortgage calculations on our servers.

If you enable iCloud backup on your device, your app data may be included in your iCloud backup, subject to Apple's privacy policy.

Premium purchase status is verified through Apple's StoreKit framework.
